1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Times

  • United States: 4–8 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts).
  • Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $5.95.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with carrier information.

5. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. OwlBrust is not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. Delays or Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided. If a package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim or resending a replacement when eligible.
