  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Return Process

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
