Cancellation & Modification Policy

We understand that mistakes or changes can happen. At OwlBrust LLC, we strive to make order updates as convenient as possible. Please review our cancellation and modification guidelines below.

1. Order Modification

If you need to change your shipping address, product selection, or contact information, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not guaranteed after the order is processed for shipment.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled if requested within 12 hours of purchase, or before the order has been marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.” After this timeframe, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may already be in fulfillment.

3. How to Request Changes

4. Exceptions

– We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been shipped.
– Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation after production begins.
