Burst™ Cancellation & Modification Policy
At Burst™, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Modification Policy explains how you can cancel or update your order, the conditions that apply, and how we can support you through the process. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of purchase without penalty, provided the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage. After this window, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
2. How to Cancel an Order
- Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject line: “Cancel Order + [Order Number]”.
- Provide your full name, email address, and order number for verification.
- We will confirm the cancellation status within 24 hours during business days.
3. Order Modifications
You may request modifications to your order (e.g., shipping address updates, product changes, or quantity adjustments) within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, modifications may not be possible as the order could already be in processing.

4. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. In such cases, customers may initiate a return or exchange after delivery by following our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the permitted timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Certain custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once production has begun. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
