1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required.
  • Custom-made items, clearance products marked as “Final Sale”, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number to [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed if stock is available. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit instead.
