Where do you ship from?
Most orders are shipped from our main U.S. fulfillment center in New York. For customers in Asia, selected items may also be dispatched from our Vietnam office in Ho Chi Minh City.
This allows us to reduce delivery times and costs for international customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Burst™ ships worldwide using trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Delivery time varies depending on location:
3–7 business days within the U.S., and 5–12 business days internationally. Customs duties or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the Order Tracking page on our website by entering your order number and email address.
Tracking updates are usually available within 24 hours after shipping.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.
